Welcome to re-plenish - the Oxford food bank
Making a difference
re-plenish, the Oxford food bank, is all about making a difference. Making a difference to how we think about food and waste, making a difference in how we treat our world and making a difference to people’s lives.
re-plenish is a food bank which takes unsold food from local supermarkets and suppliers and redistributes it to community food projects in and around Oxford. This simple system provides healthy, wholesome food to people who need it and reduces the amount of unsold food that ends up in landfill.
Did you know that approximately 20 million tonnes of food waste goes into landfill every year? What a waste!

We’ve made a short video to show you what the re-plenish Oxford food bank is all about - take a look, it's at the top of this page. We’d like to say thank you to Evanswoolfe and Robin Aitken for making the video for us and thanks to The Mill and Donnington Doorstep for letting us film their projects.
